ANASTASIA
BIO:
Anastasia Vysotskaya was a student of music and dance in her native Belarus, where she finished Music School of Borisov, as well as received AA from Minsk State Linguistics University. Then living in the USA for many years she graduated from Tamalpa Institute, CA, in Movement Based Expressive Arts Therapies and became a certified Tamalpa Practitioner. She’s registered as a Somatic Movement Educator with ISMETA. Next she graduated from Globe Sound Institute of San Francisco, CA, USA as a Sound Healing Practitioner. She’s also a certified Embodiment Coach through Embodiment Unlimited, UK and fully certified in Occupational Therapy through SzkoÅ‚a Medyczna Medicus in PoznaÅ„, Poland.
Anastasia has worked in such areas as 1:1 assistance for kids/teenagers on the Autism Spectrum, as a caregiver for the elderly, as an expressive arts therapy facilitator for public classes/workshops and for groups of immigrants & women-survivors of abuse.
In Embodiment Coaching Anastasia’s mission is to help the client tap into their innate potential and lead a more fulfilled, balanced life.
In her sessions Anastasia uses a combination of embodiment coaching, mindfulness practices & movement/art techniques to guide the client towards embodying their true self. Whether it's 1:1 coaching or group sessions, Anastasia offers a safe and supportive space for the client to explore their inner world.
